Watson completes tumour treatment
Opera house singer Russell Thomas Augustus Watson has completed a five-week grade of radiation to extirpate a recurrent brain tumor.
The 41-year-old singer, known as The Interpreter, described his discussion as "no walk in the park".
Watson's manager Giles Baxendale said: "He's finished his treatment just he doesn't know whether he is in the clear yet."
"He's doing well, he's a little tired, a bit drained, merely he's wellbeing that it's finished."
Watson testament now have to take regular scans to square off whether or not the treatment has been successful.
In a message on his internet site, Thomas Augustus Watson said: "I've had my moments under that machine where I just wanted to stop the bloody thing and walk away."
"I'm not come out of the wood in time. I dear wanted to keep the side-effects to a minimum and I've been holding myself fit and healthy as I canful, but I'm afraid they've caught up with me, and I don't intellect admitting I've not been myself."
"I'm just so lucky I've had friends, menage, and of course my fans to help me through; I really don't think I could do this without the support I've had," the singer wrote.
Watson underwent oR to absent a brain tumour last Oct. It was his second procedure on the tumor in 12 months.
